We collect rents the 1st of the month. We pay owners promptly by convenient direct deposit or check. We have several convenient ways to make payments including Mail, Drop Box, Auto Pay, and more.
We Take Requests
When there is a maintenance request, we make sure it is handled ASAP. If there is a complaint, we make sure it is handled ASAP. If there is any issue, we make sure it is handled ASAP. We take it all on so you don’t have to.
